For recruiting teams

AI meeting copilot for interviewsBe present in the interview, not typing through it.

Caspi reads the CV, the role and the last conversation before you join, keeps structured notes against your scorecard while you actually talk to the person, then writes the debrief and the follow-up.

Free to start · No bot joins your call · Works with any ATS via docs

Private by design

Your meeting data is never sold and never used to train models.

No bot, ever

Runs on your own screen. Nothing joins the call, nothing for the other side to accept.

Free to start

No card required to try it on a real call.

You approve everything

Nothing is filed into your tools until you say so.

Sound familiar?

What actually goes wrong for recruiters and hiring managers.

01

You're typing instead of listening

Half your attention goes to capturing quotes. The candidate notices, and you still end up writing the real notes from memory an hour later.

02

Debriefs are written from vibes

By the fourth interview of the day, the second one has blurred. Scorecards get filled in with impressions rather than evidence.

03

Candidates wait days for a reply

The follow-up sits in your drafts while the good ones take the other offer.

How it works

One call, start to finish.

One interview, from the prep five minutes before to the debrief that's written before your next call starts.

01The invite

It knows what this interview is for

Caspi opens the meeting with the objective already written: which competencies still have no evidence after two rounds, and what has to be covered today.

Preparing your meeting
  • Read the invite: Maya Osei - Senior Backend Engineer, Final

  • Searched your memory - 2 earlier conversations

  • Google Drive - CV + take-home

  • Notion - scorecard, 1 item

  • Slack - 5 items

02Before

Briefed on the candidate in five minutes

CV, take-home, recruiter-screen notes and both earlier rounds pulled together into what's actually worth probing - not a summary of things you already know.

Say now

Good concrete example - follow up on what she'd do differently.

  • Strong on system design, as expected from round 2.

  • Answers on ownership stay in 'we', not 'I'.

  • Named a specific rollback call she made under pressure.

03During

It hears what you're too busy to notice

Caspi tracks evidence against the competencies you're scoring and flags the gap in real terms: she's answering in “we”, not “I” - ask what she personally decided.

Thanks for today, Maya - next steps

04After

The debrief and the follow-up are drafted

A structured scorecard summary with quoted evidence, plus the candidate email - both ready before you join your next interview.

The scorecard lands where your team looks

The structured scorecard with quoted evidence goes into Notion and the debrief summary posts to your hiring channel - both drafted for you, both created only when you say so.

The candidate sees you, not your laptop

No bot joins the call, nothing appears in the participant list, and Caspi stays out of screen shares. The candidate has a conversation with a person who is actually paying attention.

  • Evidence captured against each competency as it comes up
  • The follow-up question that closes a gap you haven't probed
  • Read a portfolio or take-home the candidate shares on screen
  • Every commitment you make on timelines, captured

It writes into what you already use. Nothing to migrate, no new place to check.

Recruiting questions, answered

The things recruiters and hiring managers ask before they install it.

Follow your own policy and local law - many teams disclose note-taking as a matter of course, and you should. Practically, Caspi changes nothing on the candidate's side: no bot joins, nothing appears in the participant list, and there's no recording indicator from a third-party tool.

Caspi files the structured debrief into Notion, Google Docs or SharePoint and posts to Slack or Teams, which is how most teams get it into an ATS today. Direct ATS connectors aren't available yet.

Yes. Caspi listens to your computer's audio for remote calls, and to your microphone for in-person interviews - so a room conversation is captured the same way a Zoom one is.

No. Your meeting data is private by default, never sold, and never used to train models. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
